Residents

Vendors
Our commitment to our residents and communities extends to those with whom we do business. Our Contractor Code of Conduct outlines detailed expectations for our vendor partners in the areas of safety, confidentiality, fair treatment, healthy working conditions, and respect for the environment. As part of our ESG commitment to reinvest in our community and limit our supply chain emissions, we prioritize contracts with local vendors in alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 8.
Health and Safety
We are dedicated to the wellbeing of our team members and residents. We offer programs that promote physical, mental, financial, and social wellness. We offer ongoing safety training and adhere to our Safety Manual (hyperlink Safety Manual to make it public). We provide detailed operating procedures, resources and recordkeeping to ensure compliance with best practices and alignment with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3.
Centerspace Cares
We care about our communities. The Centerspace Cares program offers team members up to 32 hours per year of paid time off to volunteer at an organization of their choice. Since 2019 our team members have volunteered over 8,000 hours. We provide financial support to charitable organizations in the regions we serve through regional and national giving dollars, a gift match program, and special days of giving. Centerspace Cares showcases our dedication to partnerships with the broader community and aligns with United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 17.
