As A Service (Maintenance) Team Member

You will be responsible for repairs of mechanical or aesthetic issues, general building preventative maintenance, maintaining the environmental conditions of spaces, and ensuring accurate inventory levels related to the building’s mechanical systems. You’ll also know and perform individual emergency procedures and duties as dictated by the site emergency procedure manual.

You'll report to the Service Manager and Community Leader and work Monday - Friday with potential weekend and on-call coverage for emergencies. This is a great opportunity to build a career in property management maintenance with a company committed to your success.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
